I’m an expert question-asker, from conducting ethnographic interviews to facilitating focus groups to leading workshops. There’s nothing I enjoy more than talking to people. I try to apply a culturally sensitive, empathetic lens to every interaction I have, and my resulting research is always infused with human-level data points.

Strategic Design

I analyze data and synthesize into meaningful insights. These insights formulate the building blocks of strategic plans. I always get strategies out of the weeds and onto the agenda. Let’s get ‘er done.
